Sights around Cape Coral
Cape Coral is located in the southwest of Florida on a peninsula that is connected to the mainland by several bridges. Over 600 kilometers of canals flow through Cape Coral. Surely that is one of the reasons why it is called a true paradise by boating enthusiasts, anglers and other water sports enthusiasts.
Only in Cape Coral there are five 18-hole golf courses. There are many other golf courses in the vicinity, making Cape Coral a very attractive destination for a golf vacation. In the scenic Rotary Park, you can marvel at native plants, orchids, palms and herbs. The park is open all year round. Interesting wood carvings and basketry are also shown there.
Lehigh Acres is about 30 km east of Cape Coral. A pretty little town where you can find everything you need to live. Other golf courses and five baseball diamonds can be played there.
