As soon as you enter the villa you will notice the bright, light-flooded atmosphere. Many glass surfaces and high ceilings let the Florida sun optimally into the house. And the villa also has a lot to offer outside. Relax on lounge furniture or comfortable sun loungers.
The large heated salt water pool or spa invite you to refresh and relax or enjoy a cool drink on the Sunledge.

Pool & Terrace

The spacious lanai (covered terrace) is equipped with exclusive wicker furniture and a gas grill for the evening barbecue. The entire pool area is "screened" across the full width of the house - as is usual in Florida. The screen is a canopy made of a fine fly screen, which is practically invisible from the inside and offers protection against unwanted looks, mosquitoes and pool contamination and also reduces solar radiation by a pleasant 25 percent.
The generous pool (approx. 11 mx 4.5 m) has been equipped with heating, so that you can always enjoy pleasant bathing temperatures in summer and winter. Skin problems caused by chlorine are a thing of the past, because our pool is a salt water pool and does not require chlorine. However, the salt content is so low that you don't even notice it. Of course, there is also a shower in the pool area. The illuminated jacuzzi (whirlpool), which is connected to the pool via a waterfall, invites you to enjoy a relaxing hydromassage in the evening.

The infinity pool with waterfall visually merges into the water surface of the wide canal. An unforgettable swim pleasure!
The pool / terrace area is oriented to the west, ie sun exposure up to 'sunset', which is also very important in Florida - especially in the winter months.

WiFi is also available on the terrace.

Boat dock & Captains Walk

A seating area with four high chairs and a table is available on the boat deck. So there is enough space in the outdoor area to enjoy the Florida sun at any time of the day or year.

Here you can already have breakfast in the sun or end the day with a cocktail and wonderful sunsets.

Kitchen

Our elegant American kitchen is equipped with high-quality stainless steel appliances and its architecture offers optimal comfort. The drinks are served at the counter. If you feel like preparing a princely dinner, the kitchen equipment leaves all options open to you.

The equipment of course includes an American fridge with ice machine, dishwasher, elevated oven, garbage shredder for organic waste, stove with ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and much more.

The small seating group for 4 people directly in front of the panorama window invites you to have breakfast or a snack with a fantastic view of the pool and canal. The integrated flower beds and the decorative travertine natural stone around the jacuzzi contribute to the "feel-good atmosphere". And to protect privacy, a palm hedge has been planted on both sides.

Living and dining area

The villa has 224 square meters of living space, 127 square meters of terrace / pool area and 33 square meters of covered terrace. It is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in the individual rooms and decorated in a bright and friendly manner. With its high ceilings and light-flooded panorama windows, the Villa Oasis offers a spacious feeling.

In the living area with decorative coffered ceilings you will find a comfortable leather seating group as well as the entertainment center with a 58 "HD flat screen TV and a Samsung soundbar.

Through the panoramic sliding doors you have a wonderful view of the wide canal, our captain's walk with boat deck and the pool, which is illuminated at night. The open design means you can quickly get to the terrace or the American kitchen.

In the dining area there is comfortably 6 people at the large dining table. The ideal prerequisite for a festive dinner.

Master bedroom

Three spacious double bedrooms offer enough sleeping comfort for up to 6 people. The master suite, with direct access to the pool, is equipped with a spacious luxury bathroom and a large walk-in closet.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and comfortable mattresses and a 40 "flat screen TV.

The master bathroom has direct access from the bedroom and has a bathtub and large walk-in shower with bench and double washbasins. The toilet is separate.

Sufficiently large and small towels and beach towels as well as a hairdryer are available here.

Guest bedroom

The other two bedrooms also have large patio doors with access to the outside area.

The junior suite also has a direct exit to the pool area with a view of the water, a king size bed and a walk-in closet.

The junior bedroom with a comfortable queen bed has a small private terrace and a large built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom is also equipped with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The toilet is separate.

Here, too, there is a hairdryer and sufficient towels.


Office

Our office with a desk, printer, scanner / copier offers an opportunity for undisturbed work. You can connect your laptop to the WLAN high-speed Internet connection (free of charge) and work on the terrace. A safe is also available in the office.



Utility room

In the utility room there is a washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron at your disposal.

In the double garage with electric remote control there are cool bags and beach chairs for your use.

From the double garage you can bring your shopping directly into the kitchen via the utility room.
